Consumer Grievance Committee Meeting (CGC)

The CGC meeting was held on March 21, 2017 which was attended by Shri Rajni Ajmera (Past President); Shri Harish Patel (Vice President); Shri Sukhraj Nahar (Treasurer) at Y.B. Chavan Auditorium. In this meeting it was discussed that queries are raised by the customers regarding whether the Managing Committee Members or any other members would abide by the order passed by the CGC Committee.  It was also discussed to carry out the amendments in the Constitution but finally it was decided that the CREDAI-MCHI would act as mediation agency and not to get involved in Arbitration stuff. This is directed towards showing CREDAI – MCHI’s intent and sincerity to resolve the dispute.
