Meeting held with Shri Ajoy Mehta (IAS), Municipal Commissioner on 24th March 2017

Shri Mayur Shah & Shri Domnic Romell attended a meeting with Shri Ajoy Mehta, Municipal Commissioner and other officials of MCGM on streamlining of OC fire NOC, default payment & permissibility of TDR in CRZ area for handing over of the reservation.

In this meeting the OC Policy with correction and CFO Guidelines have been finalized. No revised NOC from CFO is required if there are minor changes. TDR in CRZ will now be permitted as per Govt. Notification. Application of plinth checking for getting OCC can be done 10 days in advance to continue the work, OCC-BCC to be granted only after site visit by MCGM official, OCC to internal Unfinished building also to be granted.
