MEETINGS WITH MCGM COMMISSIONER

A meeting was held on 29th Nov. 2016 with the Municipal Commissioner (MCGM) along with all DYCS of BP department to discuss the process of speedy approval and streamlining of OC.

A meeting of Senior Central Government Official and Municipal Commissioner of MCGM was held on 2nd December 2016 about the suggestion of Ease of Doing Business concept implemented in MCGM. Shri Domnic Romell, Coordinator, Shri Vimal Shah, Shri Mayur Shah, Imm. Past President, Shri S. S. Hussain, CEO and Shri Avadhoot Rane, General Manager, attended from CREDAI – MCHI.

A meeting was held on December 21, 2016 between CFO and MCGM Commissioner for streamlining of Building Approval Manual.  It was deliberated in the meeting that CFO would prepare a standard guideline for issuing Fire NOC for all types of buildings in consultation with CREDAI – MCHI. It was also decided to design a form for fire clearance which shall comprise of all relevant information required for CFO to issue NOC.  After clearance from CFO, the NOC should come to building proposals department.  The meeting was attended by MCHI Committee Members.
