CREDAI-MCHI inked an MOU with Govt. Maharashtra for Affordable Housing in the presence of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Devendra Fadnavis on the day 2 of “Magnetic Maharashtra” Summit in Mumbai for building 2.5 Lakh houses with aninvestment of Rs. 75,000 crore, jointly signed by Shri Sanjay Kumar, ACS, Depttof Housing, Go Mand Shri Mayur Shah, President, CREDAI – MCHI.
Hon’ble Industry Minister Shri Subhash Desai & Shri Sunil Porwal, Additional Chief Secretary, Industry Dept and other concerned officials from Govt. of Maharashtra were also present on the occasion.
Our President Shri Mayur Shah exchanged documents with Shri Sanjay Kumar, Additional Chief Secretary, Housing and Shri Sunil Porwal, Additional Chief Secretary, Industry in the presence of Hon’ble Chief Minister.
The CREDAI-MCHI delegation was represented by Shri Mayur Shah, President, Shri Nayan Shah, President-Elect, Shri Harish Patel, VP, Shri Deepak Goradia, VP, Shri DomnicRomell, Secretary, Shri NavinMakhija, Special Projects and Shri S.S.Hussain CEO during this program.
This MoU is made to build 2.5 Lakh Affordable Homes with an estimated investment of Rs. 75,000 crore which would lead to direct employment generation of 5,21,000.
