Sethia Strikers shines at MPL 5, wins the championship title
Tournament for construction worker’s kids received great response from MCHI members, donated Rs. 2,01,000 and gifts to children.

The MCHI Premier league’s 5th edition concluded on 11th February with the two warriors Sethia Infrastructure and Rustomjee giving some breathtaking moments in the mega finals. The championship trophy was uplifted by Sethia Strikers, winning the title by 51 runs. The presentation ceremony witnessed presence of President, CREDAI - MCHI – Mr. Mayur Shah, MCHI Committee member & Sports convener  Mr. ShaileshSanghvi,  Chairperson CREDAI MCHI Women’s wing – Mrs. Sonal Shah , MCHI & MPL Committee member Mr. Jitendra Jain, and Sethia Infrastructure’s Managing Director – Mr. Basant Sethia.

Carrying ahead the work of philanthropy, this year also, the MPL5 organized tournament for construction labourer’s kids on the finals day, handing over cheque of 2,01,000/- for the kids taken care by NGO Mumbai mobile crèche. The tournament gave a platform for these underprivileged kids to perform on the cricket pitch and enjoy with fun, food & gifts.

Speaking on this occasion MCHI Committee member & Sports convener  Mr. Shailesh Sanghvi Said  “ Teams have showcased tremendous performances in this tournament . It’s a sporting event giving some moments for recreation and joy away from the hectic business schedules and stress in realty sector. Overwhelmed with the great response from the members for CSR tournament. “

The tournament also organized exhibition matches with Times of India, BMC Fire officers and CREDAI MCHI youth wing.
