Felicitations!

CREDAI-MCHI members had a first good meeting with Shri Johny Joseph (Rtd) IAS after his appointment as a Chairman of SEIAA Committee. During this meeting, Shri Satish Gavai (IAS) ACS for Environment Department was also present with other concerned officials. President Shri Mayur Shah and other members did the felicitation of both on behalf of chamber.

The following committee members were present during the meeting Shri Deepak Goradia, Shri Dharmesh Jain, Shri Boman Irani, Shri Nayan Shah, Shri Sukhraj Nahar, Shri Navin Makhija, Shri Nayan Bheda, Shri Deepak Gundecha and Shri S S Hussain.

In this meeting, President and other members discussed the current status of the real estate industry through many projects are pending due to lack of approval and permission. Under the leadership of President entire delegation requested to the Chairman & Member Secretary to expedite the process of environmental clearance to clear the pending backlog of submitted proposals/files by organizing numbers of the meetings in every month.

The Chairman & Members Secretary for SEIAA discussed all issues very keenly and assured the members that they will take appropriate action in this regards.
