CREDAI-MCHI organized two GST Workshops on February 20th and 27th titled Implications on GST in the Real Estate Sector. This Workshop was well attended by Member Companies’ represented by their Directors/CFOs/CAs.
Our tax partners, Mr. Rohit Jain and Mr. Harsh Shah from Economic Laws Practice made a power point presentation and later responded to various queries raised by members with regard to GST related issues in Real Estate Sector.
The 1st Session covered various scenarios on
- Recent Amendments including circular in Affordable Housing
- Anti-profiteering
- GST implications on different types of transactions
These workshops were great success with the participants.
