A Grand Opening ceremony followed by an overwhelming response from visitors from all over Thane & nearby cities marked the opening day of the 16th Property & Housing Finance Show organized by CREDAI-MCHI Thane Unit , Times Property & Introduction Trade Shows  Pvt. Ltd. on February 10, 2017 which concluded on February 13, 2017.

This massive event saw many prominent personalities & celebrities being present for the opening ceremony, which was celebrated with folk music & fanfare. Leading personalities who joined the inauguration ceremony were: Shri. Eknathji Shinde, Hon. Minister MSRDC / Hon. Guardian Minister- Govt of Maharashtra, Shri Sanjay More, Mayor, Shri. CREDAI-MCHI-Thane Unit had organized its first exhibition in the year 1999 and from thereon, there has been no looking back.
