The meeting was held on February 8, 2017 in New Delhi.
Hon'ble UDD Minister keenly discussed micro level issues which are currently creating hurdles in the development of real estate industry. In positive flow of discussion, he said that he is keen to improve the nation’s rating by the World Bank.
Shri Ajoy Mehta, Municipal Commissioner, MCGM came on the pitch and batted for Developer fraternity. Shri Nayan Shah put in perspective the power of the Chamber – CREDAI- MCHI. Hon'ble Minister also assured more progress in all the matters which were discussed during the meeting.
Shri Domnic Romell put a spin on the Civil aviation representation and requested to the Hon’ble Minister for the speedy action in the matter. Also as per the statement of Hon'ble Chief Secretary, Government of Maharashtra will also cooperate with the Chamber on priority matters.
Shri Mukesh Patel and Shri Subodh Runwal put forward the points of Defence land strongly.
Following steps to be taken up by CREDAI – MCHI to achieve the goal of Hon'ble PM for Homes for All:
Members will meet Addl. Secretary of UDD Mr Mishra in New Delhi and will explain him each point
Ministry of UDD may send a detailed note on each point to the concerned Ministries like: Defence, Civil Aviation, Environment, ULC and Railways
Members will meet the concerned department’s Secretaries in every Ministry to present their point

Ministry of UDD will give a final presentation to Hon'ble PM after March 31, 2017 covering all the points discussed in the meeting. CREDAI – MCHI looks forward for review meetings with other concerned secretaries of various ministries.
