CREDAI Secretariat Conclave – Stepping stone towards Naya Daur in Real Estate |

CREDAI is all set to drive the change in the Real Estate sector.
During the conclave, Mr.Suresh Krishn, Chairman, CREDAI Secretariat Conclave, narrated the vision behind the Secretariat Conclave which is an important step towards laying the foundation of future ready CREDAI, which is need of the hour.
Mr. Rajesh Prajapati elaborated the PR challenges and opportunities before the Secretariat. Participatory ethos and collaborative zeal underlined the proceedings whereas a threshold was crossed in CREDAI's journey during Secretariat Conclave.
Following action points were laid out during Secretariat Conclave: 1. Each CREDAI Secretariat to take up the tasks involved in CREDAI Manifesto with special emphasis on the following: 2. Following Regional Heads to assist VPs and Joint Secretaries and take up above programs: 3. To start with, Regional Heads would be invitees at all EC and GC meetings for next one year. National Verticals on the five programs may also be formed. 4. All-State and City Chapters to have their Face book Pages and Twitter Handles and employees are expected to have smartphones. 5.All-State and City Chapters to keep National Secretariat up to date on the developments in their areas with regard to real estate, chronicle important activities of CREDAI, and the dates of EC-GC and General Meetings. 6.CREDAI Secretariat to develop APP for constant updation of information on Membership and Office Bearers etc., to be launched in the next EC-GC meeting. 7. Standard Operating Manual has been put out and handed over. All-State and City chapters may please give their inputs on further improvements to CREDAI National within one month. 8. Knowledge Banks on RERA, GST, Environment Laws, Building Bye-Laws, IT and Legal to be developed collaboratively and made on-line within six months. 9. All Secretariats to undergo ISO Compliance and Audit in next one year. 10. EC/GC to be approached for HR Policy for Secretariat and Minimum Strengths required in the Secretariats depending on total membership, city size, and status etc. 11. Secretariats Conclave would be held once a year. 12. Quarterly reporting on performance would be adopted and progress on the parameters of Secretariat Awards be intimated to all.
The first ever Secretariat Conclave concluded with sessions on communication, soft skills, and the role played by social media. The most important hour of the day was the one that set all the goals for the upcoming tenure. Through an Open House, President Mr. Jaxay Shah along with the leading team stressed on setting tangible goals to be measured on a quarterly basis.
