CREDAI – MCHI Mira Bhayender meets Revenue Minister

Under the leadership of President of CREDAI MCHI Mira-Virar unit, Mr. Ashit Shah and guidance of Shri Nayan Shah, VP, CREDAI – MCHI and MD, Mayfair housing, the unit had met with Hon’ble Minister for Revenue Shri Chandrakant Patil at Bhayender. 

The meeting was attended by major members of Mira Bhaynder where following issues were discussed:
1) NA conversion tax issue
2) Estate investment issue
3) Random royalty being imposed on the developers  

Ashit bhai strongly pleaded our case to the Minister which was well received by him. Hon’ble Minister has committed a meeting with all Government officers in his Chamber soon.

Our Hon’ble MLA and Mayor also expressed strongly about the work being stalled in Mira Bhayender and discussed the inconsistencies in the operating procedures. We have been able to convey the strong message touching upon relevant technical points and hope to carry it further in the meetings to come.
