Managing Committee at ONE BKC

CREDAI – MCHI Managing Committee on February 28, 2017 was hosted by Mr. Sanjay Chhabria, MD, Radius Developers, ONE BKC. Members discussed some very vital points pertaining to Real Estate industry in a delightful ambience of One BKC.

CREDAI – MCHI Managing Committee members undertook study tour of Radius Property, One BKC, guided by Shri Sanjay Chhabria, MD, Radius Developers who was also the host of Managing Committee meeting on the said property. Members very keenly observed and discussed about the salient features of the One BKC. Strategically located in the prime BKC area adjacent to MCA Club, members appreciated its attractive façade and tastefully done interiors interspersed with Green & Natural décor.

Its magnificent architectural precincts got everyone interested in knowing about its intricate details, which included discussion on how various architectural glitches were handled deftly. The striking feature of the property was it multi-level and fully automated car – parking with a capacity to park 1100 cars. It’s spell-binding atrium too was the talking point during the study tour.

Shri Mayur Shah, Shri Nainesh Shah, Shri Boman Irani, Shri Deepak Goradia, Shri Mukesh Patel, Shri Bandish Ajmera, Shri Dhaval Ajmera and Shri Vilas Kothari were part of the tour. The session was very informative and was a great learning experience dwelling on technical aspects as well as architectural aspects of ONE BKC.
