Knowledge Seminar on RERA by CREDAI – MCHI Thane Unit & KDU Units

CREDAI MCHI THANE & MCHI KDU Unit organized “KNOWLEDGE SEMINAR ON RERA” on May 4, 2017, at Kiaara Banquet Hall, Thane (W). 

As all of us are aware that from 1st May 2017 RERA has become applicable in  Maharashtra state and it becomes very important that everyone in the real – estate business becomes abreast with various important nuances of RERA besides its Online Registration process on RERA Website.

The Seminar witnessed around 700 delegates participating in it who enthusiastically participated in this interactive seminar. The seminar had the presence of very well-known speakers who made a presentation on various facets of RERA.

Mr. Ajay Asher, President, Thana unit of CREDAI – MCHI delivered the Welcome address for the Seminar. Speaking on the occasion, Shri Asher said, “ RERA Seminar comes at a time when everyone associated with the Real – Estate industry need to Register themselves online on RERA Website. It is very important to learn the ropes and become better organized for smooth transition to RERA, hence become RERA compliant.”
