A meeting was held with Shri Anil Diggikar, Principal Secretary, Environment Department, Govt. of Maharashtra, Mantralaya, Mumbai, ON 27 December 2018 to discuss the issues regarding SEAC Committees to start hearing the cases with built-up area 20000 sq mtrs to 50000 sq mtrs.
The meeting was attended by Shri Nayan Shah, President (CREDAI-MCHI), Shri Deepak Goradia, Vice President (CREDAI-MCHI) and Shri Satish Kumar, Head Secretariat (CREDAI-MCHI)
We are happy to inform you that Shri Diggikar ji considered our plea and has issued the EC Circular below 50000 sq mtrs.
