CREDAI- MCHI, October 9, 2018: It was indeed a tough moment for us when CREDAI-MCHI developer members’ fraternity and team CREDAI-MCHI bid adieu to an illustrious personality like Mr S.S.Hussain, Retd. I.A.S. who served the Association as its Chief Executive Officer with sheer dedication to make it reach the position, where it is today.
We felt honoured in thanking him for his peerless performance and magnanimous presence for six long years which added immense value to the Association’s profile. His interactions with the High-Profile Ministers, Governors and Chief Ministers on a regular basis brought many remarkable changes for the Real-Estate industry and other stakeholders.
The respect he commanded amidst IAS fraternity and prominent Authorities, is worth mentioning and difficult to emulate. His deep involvement, concerns and representations for issues impacting the industry may be attributed to some landmark decisions with respect to Doppler Radar, Environment – SGNP, High – Rise, Dumping Ground, Solid Waste Management, Ready-Reckoner Rates, GST, RERA and countless more, which would go a long way in shaping the future not only of the Association, Real – Estate industry as well. His association and initiatives for Kerala Relief Measures on behalf of CREDAI-MCHI was exemplary.
Under his invaluable leadership and guidance, CREDAI-MCHI has attained a stature, which many Associations aspire for.
He being a mentor to us, always came up with effective solutions in most difficult situations and made those turbulent times smoother for us with his wisdom.
It is rare that we get an opportunity to work in close association with a person like him, having a unique combination of vision and execution, that enabled the Association to reach such heights. As an excellent team player, he handled every situation with a positivity and enthusiasm.
His absence would be felt by one and all who got the opportunity to interact with him and most of all, Team CREDAI-MCHI who were beneficiary of his presence for a long stretch of time.
We are short of words to appreciate the contributions made by him for the cause of CREDAI – MCHI and REAL – ESTATE Industry. |
