Administrative & Technical reforms for NAINA

On September 6, 2017, the first round of meeting under the Chair of Mrs Prajakta Lavangare Verma (IAS) Jt. MD of CIDCO was held to discuss the process map which will bring the "Ease of Doing Business" reforms. This concept will be operationalized by NAINA (Navi Mumbai Airport Influence Notified Area) authority through their Building Planning Department. 

For this meeting, NAINA Head Mr Venugopal and his entire team were present along with various stakeholders including CREDAI-MCHI. The meeting was attended by our President Shri Mayur Shah and other fellow members from our Navi Mumbai & Raigad Unit including their Presidents Shri Prakash Baviskar & Shri Vikas Kothari. Other industry stakeholders were also present along with an official team of NAINA. Mr S. Shahzad Hussain, CEO, CREDAI-MCHI and Mr Avadhoot Rane, General Manager, CREDAI-MCHI also attended the meeting and added constructively to the deliberations.

Now as per directions were given by Jt MD of CIDCO, one Core Committee will be formed consisting of two key members from Mumbai Raigad & Navi Mumbai units along with our President Shri Mayur Shah. After formation of this Core Group, the members will segregate and scrutinize all the relevant issues related to the subject. They deliberated important key points which could be taken up further for discussion in core group.

We are very much thankful to the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra Shri Devendra Fadnavis and concerned Government officials for driving such initiative through the control of dynamic & young officer like Mrs. Prajakta Lavangare Verma and her team to carry out such administrative and technical reforms to remove the bottlenecks in the system for smooth and speedy process to bring out golden future in NAINA.
