A very fruitful meeting of THRC (Technical High Rise Committee) held under Chairmanship of Chief Secretary Shri Swadheen S Kshatriya, ( I.A.S.) on April 28, 2016 at Mantralaya. The meeting was attended by Government officers Dr. Nitin Kareer, (I.A.S.) Principal Secretary, Urban Development Department (UDD) - 1, Shri Shreekant Singh, ( I.A.S.) Housing Secretary , Shri Ajoy Mehta, (I.A.S.) Municipal Commissioner, MCGM, Shri U.P.S. Madan, Metropolitan Commissioner, Shri Rajan Kop, Director, Town Planning. Also from MCHI - CREDAI representation was by Shri Domnic Romell, Shri Bandish Ajmera, Shri S. S. Hussain, CEO, MCHI - CREDAI and Shri Avadhoot Rane, General Manager, MCHI - CREDAI.

Shri Domnic Romell strongly deliberated the issue along with Shri Hussain and Shri Bandish Ajmera and convinced the Technical High Rise Committee for 120 meter height. Shri Ajoy Mehta, (I.A.S.) Municipal Commissioner, MCGM briefed the issue to Chief Secretary and consent his support to the issue. The Chief Secretary and other members agreed for 120 Meters height unanimously for High rise.
