DRAW of Property Expo to be held on April 7 - 10, 2016

The Conference Room of MCHI - CREDAI was abuzz with activity on the evening of February 4, 2016 where Developers' representative amidst presence of Exhibition Committee members had congregated to participate in the DRAW for allotment of stalls. The event started with soulful rendition of National Anthem. After which emcee took over and kept audience hooked with his interactive disposition. Major developers represented were: Dheeraj Realty, Radius Developers, DB Realty, Nirmal Lifestyle, Kalpataru, Kanakia, Rajesh Lifespaces, Acme, Ahuja and prominent banks like SBI, PNB and HDFC. The stalls were allotted with by way of draw where chits were taken out from the box and their stall preference was noted on the wall - size floor plan displayed.

The occasion became even more special with Mr Tejas Vyas appointed as Chairman, Exhibition Committee and it was the first event under his chairmanship amidst august presence of Exhibition Committee members: Shri Diipesh Bhagtani, Rajeev Jain, Mr. J.S. Augustine, Advisory Chairperson and Shri S.S. Hussain, CEO, MCHI - CREDAI. Mr. Vyas has taken the baton from Shri Bandish Ajmera who has been associated with property expos for last 25 editions. Mr Tejas noted that it is Shri Bandish Ajmera who achieved remarkable feat and landmarks as Chairman of the Expo Committee and took the expo to newer heights and he would try his best to keep the flag flying high. Mr T.D. Joseph, Head - Events, CREDAI-MCHI along with his team comprising of Mr. M A Patel, Pradyumna Chandatre, Ranjit Patole, Aditya Ketkar, Navashish, Charmi, Fatima, Trupti, Bhumika, Mudhulika and Prabha put in their best efforts to make this draw highly successful with 70% of the stalls already being allotted. Buoyed by the response, the team is all gung-ho about success of the April expo / Gudi Padwa Expo.
