Discussion on 43 CA matter

Matter 43 CA was allowed and has been kept for directions in the coming week which was mentioned before the division bench of Justice Shri Dharmadhikari and Justice Smt. Shalini Phansalkar Joshi. 

Discussion on Sewerage matter
The matter was mentioned before the division bench of Justice Shri Khemkar and Justice Shri Karnik for restoration which would be coming up for final hearing. Shri Nainesh Shah (Hon. Secretary) informed the Committee that the said Sewerage matter was called for Restoration, which was allowed by the Hon’ble Division Bench.

Police circular issue by Special IGP (Law & Order)
Discussions happened on why the said circular was issued and to find out the further course of action on the same. The President Shri Dharmesh Jain opined that CREDAI-MCHI as an Association need to fight back carefully highlighting the following points:

1. We need to provide full support to Customers’ Grievances
2. To improve the permission process and make the government responsible
3. No clarity on Deem Conveyance

Shri S. S. Hussain, CEO spoke to Counsel, Advocate Shri Subodh Desai and sought his opinion to prepare the representation on what shall be the repercussion, if this circular is effective from Criminal Proceedings point of view.  This representation was discussed during a meeting with Shri K. P. Bakshi, ACS for Home Department on 8th July, 2016 at Mantralaya by a delegation of MCHI – CREDAI members comprising of  Shri Mayur Shah, President – Elect, Shri Nayan Shah, Vice – President, Shri Deepak Goradia, Vice – President, Shri Nainesh Shah, Secretary, Shri S. S. Hussain, CEO, MCHI - CREDAI and Shri Avadhoot Rane, General Manager, CREDAI-MCHI.
