The Seminar is being organized to highlight the suggestions and objections submitted to MCGM on various aspects of Draft DP / DCR -2034, mostly affecting the Real Estate Sector in Mumbai and to analyze threadbare the Provisions of Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act – 2016 (RERA) with respect to the Legal and Financial implications. We have invited Experts from the respective fields at the Seminar to present their views and to interact with our members to understand/appreciate the Provisions better and give their input.

The Municipal Commissioner, Shri Ajoy Mehta (I.A.S.), has kindly consented to grace the occasion as a ‘Chief Guest’ along with his Team of Senior Chief Engineers. The main event shall start at 4:30 pm and close with Networking Dinner at 9:00 pm.
