Discussion on review meeting for Affordable Housing

Shri Nayan Shah, Vice President gave a detailed update on the meeting with Shri Pravin Darade (IAS), Secretary to Hon’ble Chief Minister, regarding Rental Housing. Shri Nayan Shah, Vice President requested Shri Dharmesh Jain, President to take up all these issues related to the Rental Housing in MMR region with Shri Pravin Darade (IAS), Secretary to Hon’ble Chief Minister, to expedite the matter at the earliest.  In accordance with this Shri Nainesh Shah, Hon. Secretary informed Shri S. S. Hussain, CEO to make an appointment with Shri Pravin Darade (IAS), Secretary to Hon’ble Chief Minister, along with a Letter of Representation, during the first week of June, for an extensive/ detailed review of the Rental Housing Projects.

Shri Dharmesh Jain, President informed that Shri Darade is also having additional charge of Additional Metropolitan Commissioner. So, it was decided with unanimity that CREDAI-MCHI will take up all the outstanding issues on Affordable Housing in view of the MOU signed with the Government at the same time.
