Discussion on IT/ ITES hearing & way forward

Shri Nainesh Shah informed the Committee that an important hearing of JDTP taken up all the suggestive points which are raised by CREDAI-MCHI.
In this hearing following points were successfully taken up by Shri Avadhoot Rane, General Manager with JDTP to incorporate in his internal noting to DTP

1. 5 FSI cap as discussed with Chief Minister and as mentioned in draft DCR
2. 40% reservation for residential
3. 12 mtrs. road instead of 18 mtrs.
4. Property Tax to be 50% as in other state.

Shri Avadhoot Rane, General Manager will be coordinating with Shri Mayur Shah, President – Elect and Shri Deepak Goradia, Vice President for finalization of Note at the Town Planning level in Mumbai and Pune.
