Shri Mayur Shah, President-elect informed the Committee about meeting held with Dr. Nitin Kareer about TDR notification. He said that the points mentioned in the notification were discussed with Dr. Kareer and got clear understanding about Government's stand. President, Shri Dharmesh Jain said that we are hopeful to get some positive change after this meeting. In addition to this CREDAI-MCHI Thane President Shri Ajay Ahar said that indexation is also very important and this needs to be properly co-ordinated. Shri Nainesh Shah, Hon. Shri Suhas Merchant highlighted some important points in which CREDAI-MCHI is taking legal opinion in consultation with Advocate Milind Sathe. He said Advocate on Record will be appointed and Advocate Neil Mandavia will prepare a brief legal note on TDR Notification.
