CREDAI-MCHI hosted a special seminar, "Interactive Session On Union Budget Provisions for Real Estate Industry", at the MCHI Office in New Marine Lines, Mumbai, on 9th March 2016. This was a major success with members across the fraternity attending in large numbers to understand the provisions for Real Estate sector and the possible impact on their businesses because of the rolling out of sops through the Union Budget 2016.

Speakers included, Mr. Jayesh Kariya, Partner - International tax and regulatory, KPMG (Direct Taxation), Ms. Harshita Dhameja, KPMG - Direct Taxation, Mr. Anil Harish, Partner - D.M. Harish & Co. (Direct taxation) and Mr. Santosh Sonar, KPMG - Direct Taxation. They point out all the pitfalls and positives in the proposed sops of Budget 2016.

The seminar ended with a highly interactive Q&A sessions between the speakers and the audience. Members who attended, also had an opportunity to network and connect one on one with the speakers.
