MCHI - CREDAI Women's Wing in association with Vasantha Memorial Trust organized Cancer Awareness & Check - Up Camp at Panvel on the site of Marathon Realty's Nexzone on Febrary 24. 2016. Around 300 construction workers on the Marathon Site attended the camp. They were greatly benefited by the motivational talk and presentation given by Mrs. Jayalakshmi of Vasantha Memorial. A short film based on Cancer was shown to the construction workers to increase the awareness about cancer. A dental check - up camp was also organized which was conducted by Mrs. Gunjan Thakkar and her team. In the camp, many construction workers pledged giving up tobacco.

Second Cancer Awareness Camp was conducted on Dosti Imperia site, Ghodbunder Road,Thane of Dosti Realty Pvt. Ltd. which was attended by around 350 site workers whereas Dental check up of around 250 workers was done parallelly. Specialized guidance was provided to 22 female workers on prevention of breast cancer.
