CREDAI-MCHI had a good meeting with Dr. Nitin Kareer (IAS), Principal Secretary along with Shri Dharmesh Jain - President, Shri Nainesh Shah - Hon. Secretary, Shri Mayur Shah - President - Elect to discuss the important issues of Urban Development Department. CREDAI-MCHI delegation thanked Dr. Kareer for the addendum to new TDR policy for Municipal Corporations and Municipal Councils in MMR area. Dr. Kareer also informed that the TDR policy for MCGM will shortly be issued in next month. He also briefed about RERA and its section 7 & 7A which is important for developers fraternity. Some procedural issue with respect to Public Parking (PPL) was also explained by him.

Shri Nainesh Shah, Hon. Secretary informed Managing Committee Members that CREDAI-MCHI will study the Accommodation Reservation Policy of Municipal Corporations and Municipal Councils and will revert on the same to the Government with specific feedback.
