Discussion on IT/ ITES hearing & way forward

Shri Nainesh Shah, Secretary informed the Committee Members that an important hearing of IT/ ITeS with Shri Sanjay Banait, Jt. Director (Town Planning) has taken up all the suggestive points which are raised by CREDAI-MCHI.

In this hearing following points were successfully taken up by Shri Avadhoot Rane, General Manager to Shri Banait to incorporate in his internal noting to Director, Town Planning.

1. 5 FSI cap as discussed with Chief Minister and as mentioned in draft DCR
2. 40% reservation for residential
3. 12 mtrs. Road instead of 18 mtrs.
4. Property Tax to be 50% as in other state.

Shri Avadhoot Rane, General Manager will be in coordination with Shri Mayur Shah, President - Elect and Shri Deepak Goradia, Vice President while finalization of the note at the Town Planning level in Mumbai and Pune.
