Update on Progress wrt to MoU on Affordable Housing

Another meeting was convened with Shri Shree Kant Singh (IAS), Principal Secretary (Housing) to update the progress with regard to MoU on Affordable Housing. Updating the status of the same Shri S.S. Hussain, CEO informed that a sizeable number of top 20 projects had been submitted to the Secretary PS Housing. In this meeting, Housing Secretary discussed regarding  putting up the submitted projects and wherever there are obstructions in the projects, he suggested that coordination could to be done with one person from Government, one from MCHI and respective Municipal Corporations to clear the issues.

Taking this forward in the next meeting with PS Housing, MCHI is to liaison with concerned members and their nodal officers from the Company to get the relevant information which is to be submitted in the next meeting.  The concerned committee members whose projects has been submitted under MoU will personally present these in the next meeting.
