Ease of Doing Business with MCGM

For the first time, Central Government & State Government have jointly made the efforts to achieve the further step in speedy approval process. Shri Mayur Shah, President-Elect, Shri Nayan Shah, Vice President and Shri Domnic Romell, member from CREDAI-MCHI gave important suggestions to improve this concept and to get more positive outcomes to clear the backlog of the pending proposals at the earliest. This is the historical step taken by MCGM for the bright future of Real Estate Industry and all our members need to support the system for positive results.

CREDAI-MCHI members had this meeting where discussions turned out to be very positive related to suggestions on working procedure of "Ease of Doing Business in MCGM" along with the senior team of Central Government officials from Ministry of Urban Development Department and the MC of MCGM and his entire technical team of Building Proposal department. 

Shri Ajoy Mehta (IAS) MC of MCGM, Shri Vinod Chithore, Chief Engineer of DP Department and their entire technical team of Dy. CE & EE along with Shri Rajiv Gauba (IAS) Secretary, Shri Durga Shankar Mishra (IAS) Additional Secretary, Shri Neeraj Mandloi (IAS) Joint Secretary from Ministry of Urban Development (MOUD) were present. The delegation from MOUD was very much keen and interested to resolve the macro level issues which are major obstacles in approval/permission process from various government agencies.
