Eligibility of 5%, 8% & 15% additional carpet area for occupants of existing authorized non-cessed structures falling within land component of 45% of the plot area and permitting incentive in respect of the Rehab Component of such authorized non-cessed structures in redevelopment of cessed properties under Reg. 33(7) of DCPR-2034.
