CREDAI-MCHI’s vision and mission to various stakeholders in the real estate fraternity and the consumers have paved way and have set forth a positive energy and guidance to the development of the real estate industry. We have truly transformed the real estate industry into more structured and an organized one through the RERA regulatory framework thereby bringing transparency and efficiency amongst the developers and consumers.

MahaRERA has started in Maharashtra on 1st May 2017 and we are proud to say that MahaRERA in Maharashtra has become the role model to other States in the country.

Under the dynamic leadership of Past Chairperson Shri. Gautam Chatterjee; Retd. IAS, (who had introduced the Self-Regulatory Organisation (SRO) concept and current Chairperson Shri Ajoy Mehta; Retd. IAS; through whom the registration process of projects and compliances of MahaRERA provisions for developers are being properly adhered and managed very professionally. 

Initiating the MahaRERA Conciliation and Dispute Resolution Forum had marked the milestone achievement which is professionally handled and is very beneficial to many developers and consumer’s/ home buyers, thereby saving cost and time of litigation to parties, promoting greater public satisfaction with legal system and dispute resolution.
