





A first-of-its-kind initiative conceptualized by the CREDAI-MCHI Procurement Wing
In a significant step toward redefining procurement engagement in real estate, CREDAI-MCHI introduced “Pitch to Biz – Where Procurement Decides the Future”, a first-of-its-kind initiative conceptualized by its Procurement Wing. The event, held on 22nd January 2026 at the Jio World Convention Centre, was launched under the leadership of Mr. Nimish Ajmera, Convenor – CREDAI-MCHI, and the presidentship of Mr. Sukhraj Ji Nahar, and was followed by CREDAI-MCHI’s flagship networking platform, Biznet.
Representing over 200 developers across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), CREDAI-MCHI continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the region’s real estate ecosystem. The Procurement Wing serves as a strategic forum that brings together developers, directors, and procurement heads who drive critical decisions related to product selection, vendor partnerships, and execution strategies across active and upcoming projects.
Pitch to Biz was designed as a focused, interaction-led platform where construction and allied brands could present their products directly to real estate decision-makers.
