Regarding directions under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code (Second Amendment) Act, 2025, abolishing the need for separate Non-Agricultural (NA) permissions, sanads, and annual NA assessment taxes for land development.

To re-survey the blue flood line and red flood line along the rivers in the state as per necessity, to carry out well-planned redevelopment of official buildings in the flood line affected areas, to take urgent measures and actions to obtain construction permission under TDR in the redevelopment proposals of old societies in the flood line affected areas and also regarding the establishment of a committee to prepare all Inclusive development control regulations in this regard.
