The courtesy meet with Shri Bhushan Gagrani (I.A.S.), Municipal Commissioner of BMC, took place on April 3, 2024.
CREDAI-MCHI welcomed the new Municipal Commissioner of Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, Shri Bhushan Gagrani (I.A.S.). During the meeting, our association presented issues faced by the real estate industry. Shri Gagrani assured full cooperation in resolving BMC issues.
The meeting was attended by Shri Domnic Romell (President), Shri Dhaval Ajmera (Hon. Secretary), and Shri Keval Valambhia (Chief Operations Officer).
The courtesy meet with Shri Ajoy Mehta, Chairman of MahaRERA, took place on April 5, 2024.
Team CREDAI-MCHI, led by President Shri Domnic Romell along with Hon. Secretary Shri Dhaval Ajmera, Committee Member Shri Prashant Khandelwal, and Chief Operations Officer Shri Keval Valambhia, met Shri Ajoy Mehta to discuss CREDAI-MCHI’s suggestions regarding CC verification, which had caused delays in RERA projects.
He assured them that he would review and discuss the suggestions with his team, offering complete support in this regard.
An Exclusive Session with Shri Vinod Chithore, Director of Registration at MahaRERA, was held during the Workshop on "Compliances with Developers" on April 19, 2024.
Shri Vinod Chithore, along with his team, gave a presentation addressing queries related to project registration in MahaRERA.
They started with an introduction to MahaRERA, emphasizing that every Real Estate Project Registration application underwent scrutiny by three teams: Finance, Legal, and Technical. The team then highlighted some common deficiencies observed during project registration.
The MahaRERA team provided details on queries and accompanying comments identified during the Legal Scrutiny, Financial Scrutiny, Bank correction application scrutiny, and Technical Scrutiny of the projects.
