Meeting with Shri Atul Save, Hon'ble Minister for Housing Department, Government of Maharashtra on March 16, 2024.
The meeting was attended by Shri Domnic Romell, President and Shri Keval Valambhia, Chief Operations Officer.

Stake Holders Meeting with AAI on March 20, 2024
President Shri Dominic Romell and Shri Kunal Chheda from CREDAI-MCHI, participated in a stakeholders meeting at the Airport Authority of India (AAI WR), along with representatives from NAREDCO and PEATA.
Various issues discussed in the meeting such as the grant of building height clearances, Shielding Benefit issue at Chandiwali, displaced threshold issue, Aeronautical Study for projects in Navi Mumbai, and many other points.
It was also proposed that the discussion of the meeting be conveyed to AAI headquarters for implementation, and in the future, representatives of AAI HQ should also be insisted upon in the meeting.
The meeting was also attended by officials from MIAl/NMIAL, Adani, and BMC.
The IGR E-Registration Seminar was held on 20th March 2024 at the CREDAI-MCHI Office.
Starting from 1st March 2024, first-sale agreements were required to be registered through the E-Registration portal as per the IGR mandate. To equip our developer members with the necessary skills, CREDAI-MCHI hosted an E-Registration Training workshop on 20th March 2024 at the CREDAI-MCHI Office.
During the workshop, 6 officers from the IGR office were present to educate 31 staff members of member developers:
