Procedure & Eligibility Criteria

  1. The applicant must be a real estate developer, having projects within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
  2. Membership application must be duly completed in all respects with the company seal. Payment done without appropriate information will be considered as non-valid application.
  3. Membership application shall be reviewed by the Head – Secretariat / COO and accordingly on verification of the applicant, the RERA Project Membership (RPM) Certificate shall be issued.
  4. This Membership shall be entitled for RERA related services only and shall be valid till the completion of Project only.
  5. The RERA Project Membership (RPM) fees shall be applicable for each project proposed to be registered with MahaRERA.
  6. Issuance of RPM Certificate will be subject to the requisite documentation and will be at the sole discretion of the Membership Task Committee.
  7. CREDAI-MCHI reserves the right, in its absolute discretion to reject any membership application, without assigning any reason, therefor.
  8. In case of rejection or cancellation of MahaRERA project membership application, refund will be made to the Applicant after deducting administrative charges of Rs.5000/-. Kindly note that the refund shall be made excluding GST.
  9. However, no refund shall be made after six months i.e. from the date of receipt of payment. Hence, for any clarification, you may please contact the CREDAI-MCHI office prior making payment.
  10. Once the form is duly filled with company seal/ stamp, the softcopy of the same to be mailed to secretariat@mchi.net.
