A Roaring Success in the Real Estate Industry
The second edition of the CREDAI-MCHI Golden Pillar Awards was successfully held on 15th December 2023 at the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai, bringing together over 600 distinguished guests, industry leaders, developers, policymakers, and stakeholders from across the real estate sector.
Widely regarded as the “Oscars of the Real Estate Industry,” the Golden Pillar Awards celebrate excellence, innovation, leadership, design, sustainability, and outstanding contributions to the built environment. The awards recognize achievements across a diverse range of categories representing the entire real estate value chain.
The event received acknowledgements and best wishes from the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Eknath Shinde, and Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Devendra Fadnavis, highlighting the significance of the awards for the real estate sector, particularly in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
To ensure a transparent and credible evaluation process, Ernst & Young (EY) served as the official Tabulation Partner, overseeing the assessment and selection process.
The evening was a celebration of excellence, recognizing visionary developers, innovative projects, industry leaders, and changemakers who continue to shape the future of real estate. Along with the prestigious awards ceremony, the event provided a platform for networking, collaboration, and industry engagement among key stakeholders.
The overwhelming success of the second edition further strengthened the Golden Pillar Awards’ position as one of the most respected recognitions in the Indian real estate industry and reaffirmed CREDAI-MCHI’s commitment to promoting excellence and best practices across the sector.
