CREDAI-MCHI X-Clusive One-on-One Networking 2024
On 16th October 2024, CREDAI-MCHI hosted the X-Clusive One-on-One Networking event at the Jio World Convention Centre, BKC, Mumbai, bringing together developers, procurement heads, and leading building material and solution providers on a single business networking platform.
CREDAI-MCHI X-Clusive was conceptualized to strengthen partnerships and facilitate strategic business planning between real estate developers and stakeholders from the building materials and allied industries. The event provided participants with a unique opportunity to engage in focused one-on-one meetings with over 150+ CREDAI-MCHI developer members and procurement heads in a single day.
The platform enabled participants to refresh existing business relationships, establish new connections, and explore future opportunities for collaboration across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). CREDAI-MCHI Procurement X-Clusive 3.0: A Triumph in Fostering Collaboration
The highly anticipated CREDAI-MCHI Procurement Wing X-Clusive 3.0 event unfolded on July 12, 2023, at the prestigious Sofitel Hotel, BKC, Mumbai. Drawing an impressive gathering of approximately 150 attendees, including procurement, MEP and contract professionals, developers, contractors, suppliers, and industry stakeholders, the event proved to be a resounding success.
The event commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by esteemed dignitaries, setting the tone for an evening dedicated to collaboration, networking, and knowledge-sharing. Attendees participated in focused one-on-one networking sessions, creating valuable business connections and exploring mutually beneficial opportunities across the real estate and construction ecosystem.
A key highlight of the event was the RED (Real Estate Dialogue) series, featuring an engaging session by Shri Tikam Jain, CEO, Lodha Group (Pune). His insights on industry trends, leadership, and the future of real estate were highly appreciated by participants and sparked meaningful discussions among attendees.

CREDAI-MCHI X-CLUSIVE
We are glad to share that the 1st Edition of X-CLUSIVE event held on 1st September 2021 at Sofitel, BKC Mumbai, was an astounding success. CREDAI-MCHI President Shri Deepak Goradia set the day’s tone by sharing various innovations in building materials and Unit launches.
It was followed by Procurement Wing Co-Convener Shri Akshay Agarwal highlighting Procurement Wing initiatives, then Procurement Wing Convenor
Shri Nimish Ajmera acknowledged the Procurement Wing Committee. Shri Shailesh Puranik highlighted the background of the two new CREDAI-MCHI Units: Shahapur-Murbad and Uran-Dronagiri. Then Shri Pritam Chivukula – Secretary CREDAI-MCHI, facilitated New Youth Wing Convenor – Shri Naman Shah.
