Meeting held in the month of May 2024
Meeting with Dr. M. P. Kalyankar (I.A.S.), Chief Executive Officer of the Slum Rehabilitation Authority on May 22, 2024.
Meetings were conducted with the new CEO of SRA, Dr. M. P. Kalyankar (I.A.S.), to welcome him for his new posting on April 30, 2024. Another meeting was held with him on May 22, 2024, concerning Circular 210 and other Real Estate issues.
The meeting was attended by Shri Domnic Romell, Shri Rajul Vora, Shri Parth Mehta, Shri Rushi Mehta, Shri Ricardo Romell, Shri Tejas Vyas, Shri Kunal Chheda, Shri Akshay Kothari (Sethia Developers), Shri Vijay Lakhani, and other government officers & engineers of SRA.
Regarding Circular 210, the concern of CREDAI-MCHI were acknowledged by the CEO of SRA and stated that SRA could not take any action on it as the matter is sub-judiced in the court. Discussions were also held on streamlining the process of working at SRA and adopting online process for EODB. The CEO responded positively, assuring that he would look into these matters to ensure smoother operations.
