Request for amendment in ITP Policy under UDCPR 2020.

Guidelines for the action to be taken according to the amended section 77, 79(a), 91(a) and 95-a of the MHADA Act 1976, for the redevelopment of the cessed buildings declared dangerous in the city of Mumbai, as well as redevelopment projects of cessed buildings abandoned by the owner/developer under regulation 33(6), 33(7) and 33(9) of the Development Control Regulations.
