To calculate the lump sum premium payable (amnesty scheme) to the Municipal Corporation for the increased construction area created during redevelopment in accordance with Regulation No. 33(7) and Regulation No. 33(7) (a) of the DCR 1991 / DCPR 2034 of cess-receiving buildings on land granted by the Municipal Corporation.
